For my non-facebook friends.....
Here's Little One!! :DAnd his/her parents just couldn't be prouder! Yes, already! :)
We got to watch yesterday on the monitor as little one squirmed around and practically did a little jig in there! He's definitely an active little one! :) The doctor had the hardest time measuring him and taking photos.
The one head shot she was able to get a good angle on showed that I'm a bit farther along than
I realized more like 13+ or 14+ weeks.

The test said 14+, but given the timing, I think that might not be possible, so I'm going with the one week margin of error and saying 13+, which is a bit of a relief - I'm starting to show, and I thought that it was a bit early to be showing so much!
Doesn't he/she just capture your heart??? :D
<--This is mommy's favorite picture - what a cutie!! :D

Not much happening here....
Ok, so I was inspired to blog since Grandma did.. not that anyone will read it, I mean, does anyone even check this thing anymore?
Update on my life.
1. Our house has not sold, yet. The buyer was not able to obtain a mortgage - even for such a small amount. So, he's exploring other financing options, and we're here for now. It's not bad - it is a nice little place to be - but I wouldn't mind it if it did sell. It would be nice to live in a family home.
2. Yesterday, after surprisingly little deliberation, Gwyndaf and I decided not to continue the fudge business after the summer. We made this decision for a number of reasons, probably the most important of which are the happiness of my dear husband and our long term plans of moving to the U.S. It's been a nice little adventure, and, admittedly, we did not give it enough of a push to really "make it" after just one year, but that's ok. Our temporary (as-in, it could change at any time) plan includes each of us doing what we're best at - Gwyndaf wants to get back into office work, and as I love running my own business, I plan to have my own internet business from home (one that doesn't have health and safety rules or require a home-makeover.) If it can grow enough, we may even look into buying a shop/apartment when our house finally sells, and either way, I look forward to taking the experience into whatever we decide to do when we reach the US.
3. I'm about 12 weeks along now, which means I'm getting ready to pass into my second trimester. This is really exciting. I'm developing a baby bump - not that anyone else will notice - but I can tell. Right now, it just feels like I'm gaining weight in my stomach, but as I've gained no weight thus far, I must attribute it to baby. Sleeping seems to be getting less comfortable. It's not bad, and I still sleep a ton, but I've tossed and turned alot lately, and then there's the unpleasant mid-night bathroom visits which are gaining in frequency. (Ok.. they've steadied to one per night - but they're steady!) I know that I'm supposed to be starting to feel better, but I'm beginning to wonder about this. The past week and a half has been quite unpleasant. Between the insane tiredness - I either take multiple naps in a day's time, or I go to bed by 6pm - and the sickness, I'm beginning to wonder when I'll start feeling better. Though, I have finally learned my lesson - eating three regular meals will make me sick - just about every time. So, I'm trying to eat more frequently to avoid the nausea.
It has taken me about 5 days to finally get this post written, edited, and corrected, and ready for publication. Maybe this is why I'm so lousy at blogging. One never knows.
I'm looking forward to chatting with my mom and sister today, but I need to get a shower between now and then (the important things in life). I've told myself I can't have another WONDERFUL cup of iced coffee until I do, so I'm feeling pretty motivated right now. And so, off I go.....

New Blog, New Readership
Hello, everyone,
And by everyone I mean: Mom, Dad, Cindy, Grandma, and Grandpa
I update my blog, first and foremost, to keep my mother up-to-date on my life. I'm not promising this will always be interesting, but it will be my life.
